Ted Riskin has been facilitating transformational group healing work and therapeutic process groups since 1994. His work integrates Internal Family Systems, Holotropic Breathwork, Core Energetics, and decades of experience supporting emotional healing, communication, and relational growth.
Through GroupKAP, Ted offers trauma informed ketamine assisted psychotherapy in Asheville within a supportive group setting focused on preparation, emotional safety, and psychedelic integration.
