Program Overview

Everything You Need to Know About GroupKAP

Below, we answer your key questions to help you understand how this program works and why it might be the right choice for you.

  • Ketamine is a groundbreaking therapy tool that has transformed the way we approach emotional healing. Originally used as an anesthetic, ketamine is now recognized for its ability to alleviate symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges—especially when traditional treatments may not have been effective.

Unlike conventional therapies, ketamine works by promoting neuroplasticity—the brain's natural ability to form new neural connections. This process helps:

    • Reframe Past Experiences: Letting you break free from emotional patterns.

    • Create Emotional Clarity: Opening pathways for understanding and growth.

    • Build Resilience: Supporting new ways of thinking and coping.

Ketamine is administered in small, controlled doses under expert supervision, ensuring a safe and guided experience tailored to your needs.

Want to learn more? Explore additional resources about ketamine and neuroplasticity on our Resources page.

  • When combined with Internal Family Systems (IFS), ketamine therapy becomes an even more powerful tool for emotional healing. IFS is a therapeutic approach that helps you explore and heal different “parts” of yourself—such as the inner critic, protector, or wounded child.

    Ketamine enhances IFS therapy by:

    • Deepening Emotional Awareness: Helping you connect with your inner parts more clearly.

    • Creating Safe Distance: Allowing you to approach vulnerable emotions without feeling overwhelmed.

    • Facilitating Transformation: Supporting healing and integration for greater self-compassion and balance.

Together, ketamine and IFS create a synergistic process, making it easier to access, understand, and heal emotional wounds.
